These Terms of Service govern your use of the Super Garbage Truck app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to the following terms.

1. Use of the App

You may use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Super Garbage Truck is designed as an arcade-style driving and cleanup game. You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the app’s source code.

2. In-App Purchases

The app includes one optional one-time in-app purchase ("Unlock Full Game") which provides access to 8 additional levels beyond the first 2 free levels. All purchases are processed securely through Apple’s App Store. The app does not include subscription services or recurring payments.

If you reinstall the app or use it on another eligible device with the same Apple ID, you may be able to restore eligible non-consumable purchases using the restore purchases feature.

3. Privacy & Data

Super Garbage Truck does not collect, store, or transmit personal data, does not include advertising, and is designed to operate as an offline gameplay experience. The app may save local progress and settings on your device so your completed levels and preferences can be remembered between sessions.

4. App Store Terms

If you downloaded the app through Apple’s App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Nicholas Hansen, not Apple. Nicholas Hansen, not Apple, is responsible for the app and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the app except as required by applicable law. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

You also agree that your use of the app must comply with any applicable Apple Media Services terms and App Store usage rules.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee error-free operation or uninterrupted availability.
